Aufgabe:
Techical support for the program and product management for Customer
Integration Support for application to be onboarded on this platform
Technical consultany for integrated applications / services
Lead the SalesForce Development teams
Interface directly with clients to gather functional requirements and develop Specifications and carry out PoC
Soft-Skills:
Experienced in communication on management level
(Communication with application owners and Business)
Proactive attitude: detect and solve open topics
Strong in moderation in both, German and English with suppliers in a complex landscape
Project management skills
Fach-Skills:
Very good knowledge and Practical experiance on SalesForce and Customer IAM topics
Very good practical experience in IAM in general
IT Architecture skill recommonded
Should have at least 1 successful implementation of CIAM
Experience as consultant and in Product Management areas
Experience in handling Scrum teams and leadins Development teams
Business process knowledge
