Must-haves:
• Very good database knowledge (PL/SQL preferred) and very good MS Office (VBA) skills required
• Understanding of operational reporting processes
• Understanding of ITIL processes especially continual service improvement
• Experience or knowledge of investment funds business
• Working with tight deadlines and managing desired and service quality
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Fluent in English and German
• Qualifications irrelevant – experience is essential
