ITSM Administrator vacancy globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Solid experience as administrator of system management tools in IT
- Expertise in SQL, Oracle and web REST API
- Good IT Process knowhow and familiar with ITIL v3
- Higher education in computer science is necessary
- Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Planning and conducting minor and major releases
- Assuring that configuration items are current and consistent
- Evaluating and summarising information based on available data
- Taking responsibility for operation, incident and request management
- Assisting customers and give guidance in an international environment
