Application Specialist CRM wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Profound PL/SQL, Web services and HPSM skills
- Good analytical and interpersonal abilities
- Prior practical experience as a third level and application support
- Ability to handle sensitive data
- Languages: fluent English, both written and spoken, German is adventageous
Your tasks:
- Performing daily application management tasks such as reoccurring maintenance tasks, incident analysis as well as resolution of aforementioned incidents
- Providing input for application lifecycle planning, definition and management of SLAs and OLAs
- Planning and implementing application changes
- Acting as the overall incidents, requests and defects manager for the CRM application
- Strengthening the support processes, maintenance principles and the application operation
