Beschreibung:
The client is currently running a huge project to migrate many business process from legacy systems to the target architecture (Americas Transformation Program). This program is running for 4 years and currently is about 50% over.
First releases of part functionality are ongoing. This is requiring thorough planning of testing to make sure the releases are successful.
Continuous communication and coordination between different projekt workstreams, release management and the operational teams is necessary to ensure smooth go-lives.
This includes:
- Setup and Maintain a test governance model
- Oversee testing activities in different stages (SIT, UAT)
- Monitor and advise on test automation
- Ensure communication and stakeholder management
Must-Haves:
- Senior level communication and facilitation skills
- Fluent in English (German of advantage)
- Excellent Test Management skills
- Watterfall and Agile release models known
- Insurance experience
