Beschreibung

- Ensure that the acceptance criteria are accurate, clear and well defined, and convert
acceptance criteria into automated tests.
- Develop and implement product test strategies and test plans and make sure that they are
integrated into our CI/CD pipeline.
- Organise QA activities, build a quality-oriented culture and work closely with the engineering
and product teams to ensure that we as teams deliver stable, robust and high-quality
products.
- Independently create and execute manual and automated tests using various mobile devices,
browsers and operating systems.
- Own the ‘bug inbox’ and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that bugs are
reproduced and fixed and that users are happy.
- Participate actively in our agile process, analyse features while they’re being built and point
out flaws and omissions, especially regarding edge cases.
- Analyse feedback from the beta customers after the rollout, review daily logs and alerts and
turn feedback into actionable tasks for the dev team.
- Think creatively and innovatively to identify potential future problems.
- Document and communicate test results.

Skills:
- Passion for software quality and user experience
- Excellent communication skills and capability to communicate constantly at all levels
- Passion for improving the way things are done, staying on top of emerging trends and testing
best practice
- 2+ years of experience and strong knowledge of building and running tests on iOS- and
Android-based smartphones/tablets and/or TV apps
- Familiarity with test automation tools and emulators like Selenium, Appium, etc.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, dynamic start-up environment
- A ‘quality first’ mindset and a low tolerance for imperfections
- Excitement about rolling up your sleeves and making a big impact on a rapidly growing
product
