Beschreibung

Our client is an IT provider for business customers. In addition to its own fiber-optic network, the company operates several data centers in the Rhine-Neckar region. Using modern technologies, our client offers precise solutions in the areas of managed services, IT consulting, data centers and cloud services. For the location in Ludwigshafen our client is looking for a qualified:
IT Service Manager (f/m)
(CF-)

Main Tasks:

As an IT Service Manager (m/f) and Central Contact Person (SPOC), you will independently ensure compliance with customer SLAs, including existing OLAs and UCs as well as operational teams and partners.
You will be involved in service improvements throughout the entire Service LifeCycle.
You will control and coordinate the internal and external delivery units, support contract and asset management and accompany customer projects.
You define ITIL processes and coordinate their optimization.
You practise escalation management for the services for which you are responsible.
You are responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You will develop concepts and solutions and create presentations, descriptions and reports for new and existing customers.
You arrange and conduct service review meetings, either at regular intervals or as required by the customer.
You continuously design and improve IT and business processes on the basis of structured analyses.


Technical Qualifications:

You have successfully completed your studies in economics, (business) informatics or an equivalent education and have a good knowledge of IT.
You are responsible for your customers and have several years of experience in project management (Prince2 or PMI).
You are fluent in English and ideally have first knowledge of German additionally you work professionally with the MS Office package.
You have very good knowledge of IT Service Management according to ITIL V3 and are ITIL V3 Foundation certified. (Certification of several modules of the ITIL V3 Intermediate Level or higher would also be desirable).
You have sound business knowledge, especially in the areas of budgeting, controlling and reporting.
You have experience in the carrier environment (desirable).
You have a class B driver's license.
