We are currently recruiting for a German speaking Senior Developer Operations and Infrastructure for a 6 month contract role in Austria.The responsibilites of this role are:
1. Programming
The task is to develop new applications and the further development of existing applications. This includes not only the actual programming, but participation in the entire process from requirements gathering through to production status of an application. Thus does the software developer and specification, analysis and design tasks.
- Development of Python / JS / Java programs and modules
- design, development and integration of Python / JS / Java components
- Conduct unit testing
- Program Documentation
- There may also be used in multiple projects
- Proactive communication with the project manager regarding possible problems and suggestions
2. Operations:
The task is in operation, monitoring, expansion and automation of the development infrastructure, establishment of a centralized application monitoring, this leg but also keeps the participation in the overall process.
- Development and maintenance of build and Deploymentinfrastruktur and CI
- Help and Support in Linux / VMWare
- Assistance with test automation
- System Documentation
To apply for this role you must have 1 years experience with Python, Git, Jenkins/Bamboo, Nagios; as well as 2 years experience with Java, HTML, jQuery, JavaScript2. You are expected to have SQL knowledge, EDP or technically oriented education at a technical college or university or college (or a comparable training courses completed) or at least 5 years experience as a software developer, Knowledge of object-oriented system modeling (UML, Use Cases) and database (ER) modeling.
