My client is an award-winning, global bank with offices in Vienna. They are currently searching for a development focused DevOps Engineer to join them on a long term project.
You will be expected to provide an efficient delivery pipeline, covering build, deployment and test-automation as well as provisioning of infrastructure components on premise and in cloud infrastructures. As part of the project my client is looking for solid Java development skills and people with AWS experience.
Key Skills:
Profound experience with CD/DevOps methodology and good overview of related tools (or tool chains)
Excellent knowledge of Unix Operating Systems, preferably Linux based
Active experience with cloud concepts and -providers, virtualization and containerization
Very good (Shell-) Scripting know how
Good knowledge of at least one programming language (preferably Java) and SQL
Experience in agile development (Scrum, Kanban).
Knowledge of contemporary collaboration tools (eg Confluence, Jira).
This is a long term project working in one of the most liveable cities in the world.
