RF Antenna Designer - Austria - 6mths+ Contract
My client, a market leader, are looking to recruit an RF Antenna Design Engineer to work on an initial 6mth contract (with the possibility of further extensions). The initial 3 months of the contract can be done remotely (if preferred) - thereafter you would be required to work onsite at my customer.
The role and responsibilities can be described as follows:
- Development of an optimized (size) antenna array for Bluetooth (2.4 GHz) and one antenna array for UWB (Ultra Wideband, 6 - 10 GHz ) that allows integration in a car
- RF Antenna design and matching - Placement of 2-3 antennas in an array and connection to the integrated circuit as well as to a Switch.
- PCB Design and Simulation. Measurement and final report (group delay, antenna characteristic, antenna gain, .)
- Measurement with Spectrum Analyzer on high frequency level
- RF Design and simulation
