For the project with one of our clients, operating in the banking sector, located in Vienna, we are currently looking for skilled Oracle DWH Developers (m/f) based on a project partnership.In your role as a DWH Developer, you will design and implement solutions for our customer in the DHW / BI area in an agile development team. You enable our customer to better understand, evaluate and process their business data according to their particular requirements.
The project and its environment:
• DWH Development for LDS s-Gruppe and Holding
• Projects in a group wide program
• Oracle based (in a later phase an Oracle/Cloudera based data lake will replace the base layer)
• Powerdesigner as main data modelling tool
• Abinitio for Data Quality Management and Data Lineage and Metadata Management
• Automic/UC4 is used for Job control and scheduling/orchestration
• Orchestra for Master Data Management
• Enterprise data warehouse with strict data segregation (LDS ? GDS)
• JIRA/Confluence for test management / test documentation
• No written requirements – no defined acceptance criteria
• Unstable environments
• Unstable data models – mappings are not defined yet
Your profile:
• Relevant professional education or studies
• Min. 3 years professional experience in conception and realization of solutions in the field of data warehouse and ETL
• Experience in relational and dimensional data modeling
• Good PL / SQL and / or T-SQL knowledge
• Knowledge in Data Warehouse (Oracle, Microsoft)
• Know-how in ETL tools (ODI would be an advantage)
• Knowledge of agile software development methods (SCRUM)
• Good command of English
• German Skills are an advantage
