Test Expert; Teradyne MicroFlex; DFX; Semiconductors; VBA; C/C++
Location - Austria locations (Linz/Graz/Villach)
Contract 6 months +

We are looking for two test expert, who supports our TE team in the implementation of test concepts and ATE test programs for our product portfolio of Automotive Power ICs.
In your new role you will:
- understand the available spec requirements, the tester hardware, the DFX concept and the test program structure.
- understand and utilize the resources of a Teradyne MicroFlex test system for test time optimized implementation of spec requirements.
- document the spec requirements tests in a test spec document with a given format
- debug first silicon using the developed test program
- work in a team of 2 - 3 test engineers
Your Profile
You are aware of the big picture even in complex situations and take decisions despite uncertain circumstances. You work perseveringly on making things better, faster, and more efficient.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A university/university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering
- Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus
- At least 3 years work experience in the semiconductor business
- Know-how in semiconductor mixed -signal power-testing (ATE) on Teradyne MicroFlex
- Programming skills eg VBA, C/C++
- DfX experience including analog-mixed-signal as a plus
- Good team player with good communication skills
