WA Consultants are looking for an experienced contractor to work with a large multinational client in Austria.
The position of Service Manager/Administrator for Data Key Delivery will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the Operation of the relevant IT Infrastructure to create, manage and deliver data keys for multiple customers
- Management and guidance of external customers for alignment with internal Secure Data Key Procedures
- Implementation and optimization of internal Service Management Processes
- Providing Key generation, certificate issuance and Applet signing for customers
- Contributing to and leading projects setting up new solutions
- Responsible for Key Ceremonies
- Dealing with escalations and coordinating improvement plans
- Enrolment of new customers to our Key Delivery Services
- Setting up service level agreements and reporting
- Results reporting to management
Experience
Hold a Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in computer science, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, or equivalent background education
- Profound and extensive knowledge in the area of Operations
- Have 3 - 5 years of professional experience
- Are experienced in operating and improving an IT application process
- Have knowledge of Project Management elements
- Show strong communication skills, the ability to prepare communication to target groups and management
- Have a positive, committed, customer-oriented and structured approach
- You are an autonomous, confident and goal-oriented person aiming for high quality also under time pressure
- Have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Have knowledge of Object Oriented programming languages, which is a plus
- Are familiar with Scripting tools (Python, Perl, Bash, which is a plus. Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
