SOA Architect/12 month Contract/Vienna Austria
We have a fantastic opportunity for a SOA Architect in the stunning European city of Vienna. The position is for a leading Telecoms client and requires Bilingual German and English.
The Role:
Developing web applications in SOA architecture
Development of reusable modules
Development of database interfaces
Performance Optimization
Development of Module/component testing
Program documentation
Implementation of system analysis and design specifications
Skills:
At least 3 years' practical experience in the development of web applications in Service-Oriented Architecture
Relevant knowledge of programming or object-oriented system modelling ( UML, ER, UseCases )
Very good knowledge of development tools and frameworks in Java and JEE environment
eg JSF ( Java Prime Faces ), Hibernate, JMS, Seam, JUnit, Maven, Subversion, Hudson, etc.
Independent, structured, responsible, purposeful work
Excellent team and customer orientation
High quality awareness
Project language is German
Responsibilities:
System architecture and technical design.
Preparation of cost estimates for the implementation of technical solutions
Setting up the technical infrastructure project
Technical Data Modeling
Architectural guidelines for analysis, design and development
Review and coordination of compliance with existing development policies
Responsibility and ensuring compliance with quality standards of delivered technical components
Support the analyst and developer in systems analysis, design, interface, and implementation decisions
Architect/System Documentation
Experience with Enterprise Architect is desirable
