project name: Data Center - technical project manager
brief project description: set up a Data Centre (creating configuration plans, coordination of HW/SW provision etc.)
scope of work: Interface to the business and Dev Ops units Verification of new and changes requests set up and planning of the implementation considering release plan together with Dev Ops and other technical units from involved IT Service Providers Creating an action and installation plan with all tasks, considering parallel and serial activities for the implementation coordinating of the implementation progress reporting to the client, project and release manager preparation of the decision bases for change requests during installation and implementation takes care about any effect to running business processes and system availability during implementation and aligns all activities with business
