About our customer:
Our customer is an international member of the banking industry.
For their branch in Vienna we are looking for a
Software Test Manager (m/f) - Agile Environment
Your tasks:
- Manage all test functions in support of both software development and engineering deployments
- Cooperates intensively with other team members and project staff (software development teams etc.)
- Ensures that customer, product manager and technical lead requirements are met as described in both technical detail, user cases and user stories
- Responsible for development of test plans, test approaches and test cases
- Review of requirements and optimization of other testing activities (incl. test automation)
- Management of defects, test environments and appropriate test data
- Cleary articulating to Senior Leaderships
- Review and enhancement of testing methodologies
Your skills:

University degree or similar with IT and/or business background

3 years experience in software testing and ISTQB certificate
- Agile Mindset is key (Scrum-Master Certificate is an asset)
- Experience with test management, test planning, test reporting in an agile setup
- Well-founded knowledge of Mobile Testing, API-Testing, Micro-Services, Web-Application
- Experience with test automation methodologies and tools
- Preferably experience in requirement engineering methodologies
- Goal oriented and focused on results
- Good communication skills and flexibility
- Willingness to travel
- Banking know how is an asset
