Wir suchen ab Mai 5 SCRUM MASTER für einen Kunden von uns im Bankensektor.Auslastung: 4-5x/Woche
Dauer: Ende des Jahres - Option auf Verlängerung
Einsatzort: Wien
Tätigkeiten:
-) Guiding the team and Product Owner on how to use Scrum practices and values
-) Guiding the team to become a self-organizing team
-) Coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
-) Removing impediments and guiding the team and Product Owner to remove impediments by addressing the right people
-) Build a trusted and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame
-) Facilitating getting the work done
-) Facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
-) Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency and actively share information
-) Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the Product Backlog
-) Act in close alignment with the RBI Agile Coach for the respective adaptive setting
-) Facilitate the Planning/Review/Retrospective Meetings
-) Ensure transparency of the team performance to in- and outside using the Burndown Charts and other reporting Tools
SKILLS:
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience of acting in the Scrum Master Role for at least 2 years
- Good skills and knowledge of servant Leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
- Excellent Knowledge of Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of other agile approaches: KANBAN, XP, DevOps, etc.
- Experience appliying agile techniques like: User Stories, Story Points, Continous Integration, test automation, Impact Map, etc.
