About our customer:

Our customer is an international member of thebanking industry.

For their branch in vienna we are looking foran Scrum Master (m/f) with experience proven knowledge of the Scrum process in several projects

Tasks:

• Consistently improves and reports team productivity without focusing on content

• Facilitates Daily Standup and Sprint Retrospective meetings

• Remove impediments and clear blocking issues with support from Product Owner and/or Delivery Manager

• Assist the team in achieving its goals (i.e. helps the team members to communicate, coordinate and cooperate) 

• Leads the continuous improvement process on team performance

• Supports the Product Owner in its efforts to manage the Product Stream Backlog and facilitates a healthy intra-team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope (as defined in Sprint Backlog)

• Manages social risks (at team level)

• Protects the team from interference from others

Skills:

• Experience proven knowledge of Scrum processes

• Good communication skills, team player

• Excellent command of German and English

• More than 1 project of experience of Scrum Master

• Acts largely self-reliant within the topics/components he/she is responsible for

• Analytical, result-oriented and structured way of working
