Our client is searching for an experienced Service Manager to act as a primary point of contact for some of their large customers, helping oversee and manage the relationships, SLA's and service.
*Primary point of contact to the customer with all service matters
*Handle all escalations and requests
*Manage the relationship through IT outsourcing projects, handling all operational queries and progress
*Ensure compliance against agreed SLA's
*Provide extensive feedback/reporting and management advice to the customer.
Must have:
*3-4 years proven experience in this type of role
*Good experience with Process and Project Management methods
*Fluent in German & English
*Very strong ITIL knowledge (Ideally certified).
*Good ICT project experience
*Excellent customer facing experience/skills
