Our client is a large IT Outsourcing company operating across Europe. They are seeking an experienced Service Manager to act as a point of contact for a number of their key customers.
*You will support and provide advice to the customer in all areas of IT outsourcing as well as Service Management.
*You will be involved in establishing and maintaining service levels, model & re-model business processes.
*Act as the primary point of contact for the customer
*Have awareness of contractual guarantees
You will have:
*Experience in servicing large clients in a similar role previously
*Good experience with Project & Process management methods
*Excellent ITIL knowledge
*Experienced in Hosting/Cloud/Unified Communications
*Experienced with working with 3rd Parties, partners, suppliers and handling budgets.
*Fluent in German and English
*Excellent presentation and communication skills
EU nationals are being considered only due to need for flexibility for travel and working in the EU.
