In order to strengthen our clients' implementation team of EDWH, we are looking for an ambitious and service-oriented person who feels comfortable with technical challenges as well as with Business requests.
Your tasks
- Leading of a distributed, multi-cultural software implementation team of approx. 25 people (Software Architects, Engineers and Testers)
- Managing the international team and the delivery through Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodology
- Managing the approved budget, scope and time plan by defining, setting up and using the required management instruments (Issue- and Risk Management, Controlling and Reporting, Communication and Decision Management, etc.)
- Handling collaboration with the Technical Lead within the team, who takes care for all technical matters and decisions
- Handling the authority and responsibility to take decisions within the EDWH factory team in alignment with the Technical Lead and the Head of EDWH Releases
- Giving decisive input for the mandatory Performance Management process, which is executed by the capability base based on this input.
Your qualification
- More than 10 years of experience in project management in a complex and heterogeneous Business Process and IT-landscape
- Business education with strong IT expertise or vice versa, university degree advantageous
- Experience in managing multiple product releases (preferable in a DWH or integration environment)
- Experience in Stakeholder Management (on B-x level) and acting as a representative of the EDWH within the organization
- Agile mind-set and practical experience with Scrum/Kanban
- Very good command of English
- Strong people and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in a multi-cultural environment
