About our Client:
Our client is aninternational IT-service-provider with specification on the financial sectorbased in Vienna.
We have been searchingfor Senior IT PM with focus on international projects.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Set up and manage international projects by defining targets, clarifying roles and responsibilities and providing clear direction to achieve expected goals and deliverables
- Take care of the operative detailed planning of the project implementation including project controlling
- Responsible for delivering expected results in quality, on time and within the budget constraints
- Deal with possible project discontinuities (risk and change management)
- Build, coordinate and lead project team and ensure efficient communication structures between the business partners, the project team and the project environment
- Act as a trusted advisor for managers and staff members in concerned business areas
- Manage IT solution providers (both internally and externally) to deliver specified results
- Escalation body & decision making on Project level in alignment with dedicated Project Manager/Program Manager and other Line Managers
- Leading, coaching and challenging Project staff in a collaborative style, collaboration with all PMs and key staff
- Overall Project planning & controlling focusing on milestones and critical path
- Overall Project Quality, processes, Issues & Risk Management
- Relationship Management to key stakeholders related to the Program and bridging Program interests and escalations with related bodies
- Use and follow standards of the company and understanding of software development phases and frameworks like (agile, scrum, waterfall
- Plan resources and capacities project work packages on deliverable level
Your Qualifications:
- IT Education (HTL, FH, University)
- Minimum 8 yrs. PM experience in banking/ insurance industry
- Certification as PM is an advantage
- Excellent English skills C1 or even better
- Have good organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to assess and decompose business and IT processes utilizing a risk and control focus
- Business Analyse knowhow is an advantage
- Process and solution-orientation, flexible and resilient to perform in a fast-paced, innovative environment
