About our customer:
Our customer is an international member of thebanking industry.
For their branch in Vienna we are lookingfor an experienced DWH Test Engineer (m/f) with excellent SQL knowledge.
Tasks:
- Analysis of business requirement and definition of a systematic testing strategy
- Definition und execution of functional and non-functional test cases (manual and automated) for software applications und interfaces in an Data Ware House environment

Business units support during different testing phases (e.g. defect analysis, definition of acceptance criteria, evaluation of business requirements)
- Defect Management and Defect Analysis
- Project accompanying quality assurance (review of business requirements, technical specifications and code reviews)
- Test Automation with supported tools
- Review and further optimization of testing methodologies and test automation methodologies
- Liaises with other staff, such as software architects, software engineers, software consultants, test consultants, test engineers, test managers, business analysts and Project Managers or Technical Project Managers
Skills:
- Bachelor of master degree in a technical study (preferred computer science) or HTL (computer science)
- At least 3 years’ experience in software testing/testing analysis
- Testing certificates e.g. ISTQB, CAT, MAP

Experience and very good knowledge with test automation methods/tools and the implementation of automated Test Cases
- Detailed Data Ware House Knowhow and DWH Testing experience
- Excellent SQL knowledge

Good knowledge of a programming language and scripting language (e.g. PL/SQL)

Experience with SCRUM or Kanban

Knowledge of contemporary collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira)

Experience with other Test Tools (e.g. HP ALM (former quality center) , jmeter, HP Loadrunner)
- Banking related Knowhow/experience is an asset
