I am currently representing an award-winning bank who are looking to add an experienced Scrum Master to their team.
TASKS:
* Consistently improves and reports team productivity without focusing on content
* Facilitates Daily Standup and Sprint Retrospective meetings
* Remove impediments and clear blocking issues with support from Product Owner and/or Delivery Manager
* Leads the continuous improvement process on team performance
* Supports the Product Owner in its efforts to manage the Product Stream Backlog and facilitates a healthy intra-team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope (as defined in Sprint Backlog)
SKILLS:
* Experience proven knowledge of Scrum processes
* Good communication skills, team player
* Excellent command of German and English
* More than 1 project of experience of Scrum mater
* Acts largely self-reliant within the topics/components he/she is responsible for
* Analytical, result-oriented and structured way of working
