About our Client:

Our client is an international IT-service-provider with specification on the financial sector based in Vienna. For the countinous improvement of the business unit treasury department we have been searching for Head of Department with focus on Data Management. Core Management tasks are the following IT Business areas: project management, web based information system architecture and business analysis.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for delivering expected department results in quality, on time and within the budget constraints
• Management and leadership of a team with approximately 20 employees
• Set up and manage projects by defining targets, clarifying roles and responsibilities and providing clear direction to achieve expected goals and deliverables
• Deal with possible project discontinuities (risk and change management)
• Build, coordinate and lead project team and ensure efficient communication structures between the business partners, the project team and the project environment
• Manage IT solution providers (both internally and externally) to deliver specified results
• Leading, coaching and challenging Project staff in a collaborative style, collaboration with all PMs and key staff
• Relationship Management to key stakeholders related to the Program and bridging Program interests and escalations with related bodies

Qualifications:

• IT Education (HTL, FH, University)
• Minimum 3 yrs. PM Management experiences or in another leading position
• Finance & Banking industries experiences
• Treasury experiences are a big advantage
• German and English skills C1 or better required
• Excellent knowhow of IT in project management, business analysis and system integration
• Process and solution-orientation, flexible and resilient to perform in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Travel: around 10% of total time depending on project assignment (i.e. approx. 20days/yr)

Payment is according to your personal qualifications and experience, but is a guaranteed minimum of EUR 60.000, gross annual income based on the official national “Kollektivvertrag” is offered. This figure should be seen a minimum, market based competitive salary is guaranteed.
