Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen Test Manager/Test Coordinator.
Role Profile:
- Coordination/Lead of testing teams within projects in an international environment
- Definition of Test Approach and definition und execution of functional and nonfunctional test cases for software applications und interfaces
- Support business units during different testing phases
- Defect Management
- Project accompanying quality assurance (review of business requirements, technical specifications and code reviews)
- Review and Controlling of testing methodologies
- Effort estimations
- Liaises with other staff, such as software architects, software engineers, software consultants, test consultants, test engineers, test managers, business analysts and Project Managers or Technical Project Managers
Skills:
- Bachelor of master degree in a technical study (preferred computer science) or HTL (computer science)
- At least 3 years' experience in software testing
- Strong requirements engineering skills
- Banking related Knowhow (eg Regulatory Reporting)
- ISTQB certificate (Minimum: Test Managment level)
- Excellent SQL knowledge
- Experience with HP ALM (former quality center), HP Quick Test Pro and HP/Loadrunner or other test automation methods/tools
Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment, flexibility
- Excellent written and oral German
- Fluent English
