Tasks:·You lead an international team in several locations in the agile way of working by using agile methods to perform the required tasks in the best possible way.
·You ensure compliance with agile values, premises and working principles in the teams.
·You ensure data consistency in tracking systems in order to highlight the work of the teams transparently.
·You protect the team from disruptive influences and you are responsible for the performance of the team.
·You moderate agile meetings of the teams.
Must-Have-Skills:
·You have experience as Scrum Master (Agile Master) in agile teams for many years and excellent knowledge of agile methods.
·You have very good experience in stakeholder management.
·You have strong communication and presentation skills as well as social and leadership skills.
·Your language skills in German and English are excellent.
·You have good knowledge in tracking systems (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
