IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Steering the project to ensure its objectives are achieved withing the defined schedule, budget, and quality
- Strengthen Quality Management in delivery process
- Experience to run distributed scrum teams (2-3)
- Supervise training of AI components within solution
- Directing the work and leading the project team following the project management standard of Munich Re, Aglie Scrum based project.
- Establishing an environment where the team can be effective, removing impediments, and resolving conflicts
- Ensure that all projects meetings take place and facilitate them if necessary
- Manage scope, budget, and schedule of the project
- Project risk management
- Stakeholder engagement
Main qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar qualification
- Proven track record in working as a project manager in a global enterprise environment with numerous stakeholders and varying regulatory, policy or compliance requirements
- Reinsurance project experience (L&H is a plus)
- Certification in project management and agile methods, preferably PMI and Scrum
- Work experience with Agile Project Management including Epics
- Experience of IT projects management
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Understanding of AI model training
- Excellent project QA know-how Test Strategy, Test Concepts
- Experience in managing projects at Munich Re and knowledge of Munich Re PM standards
