Main tasks:
- Independent work, teamwork, implementation of suggestions for improvement and innovations in the field of cards and payments
- Market observation, independent analyses, observation of legal developments and understanding of the needs of the customers
- Understand the figures for controlling the portfolio and derive what needs to be done from them on an ongoing basis
- Preparation of decisions
- Management of operational inquiries in 3rd level support
- Partner management
- Customer analysis and cooperation with communication / campaign management
- New product go-to-market support including market launch measures

- You know the banking business
- You enjoy working independently and in a team
- You like modern working methods and are open to "agile" work
- You are resilient and want to help the customers to learn and like innovations
