Oracle ERP Project & Finance Leader (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- THe ERP Project Manager will manage and deliver the large-scale Global ERP Transformation Program for the Construction Equipment industry
- You are responsible for daily program management throughout the programme life cycle. This includes the planning; governance; scoping and design (processes and systems), and overseeing the successful solution implementation in the chosen ERP software
- You will also remain actively involved for a period of time post-go-live to ensure business continuity and ERP hyper-care, and to oversee the transition from the project team to the support team
Main qualifications
- Financially literate with strong knowledge of financial processes
- Significant and demonstrable experience of shaping, leading, managing and successfully delivering complex projects and programmes in fast paced commercial environments
- Solid understanding of the SDLC and different delivery approaches (Waterfall, Agile)
- A strong background in IT and industry-specific work
- Experience of successfully leading an Oracle ERP implementation as Project Manager delivering Oracle ERP Solutions in a manufacturing area
- In-depth financial and accounting experience
- Experience managing midsize to large teams
- Experience in interacting with and advising senior-level management
