Deine Hard- und Software

• IT education (HTL, Fachhochschule, University)


• Management experience and IT asset management and service tree modelling knowledge


• Experience with IT operations, ServiceNow modelling and reporting know-how


• At least 3-5 years of experience in Appian implementation is a must, knowing all aspects of Appian product and implementation methodology


• ServiceNow and Basic SNOW knowledge


• Result orientation and willingness to perform


• Communication and team skills


• Very good English skills, German is a plus

Deine Tasks

• You will define ServiceNow Service tree modelling approach and methodology for IT Asset Management


• Implement and optimize service trees


• Setup plan to implement and rollout the service trees


• Manage and conduct full rollout of service tree integration
