Projekt:
For our customer Hoffman La Roche in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified Organizational Change Management Lead

Background:
Roche's Product Development organization is dedicated to delivering outstanding therapies to patients who need them. We conduct global clinical trials, analyze results, monitor safety, and work with regulatory authorities to provide truly differentiated medicines to patients. Biometrics delivers data and insights about our medicines. The program Frictionless Insights will provide a modern, programming language agnostic platform that provides Data Scientists use of common, state-of-the-art tools.

Perfect Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced Change Management and Communications professional who understands the people's side of change, and what is needed to involve our people in changes rather than simply implementing products and processes.
Based in Basel/Kaiseraugst and reporting to the Program Leadership, you will be partnering with your colleagues in the Pharma Informatics Adoption Services Chapter.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Create/drives change management strategy and plan which at a minimum includes plans for stakeholder identification, communications, and training strategy
* Understand the significance of the changes within the functional areas to provide information and recommendations regarding expected change impacts.
* Manage the delivery of end-user training and subsequent follow-up activities, including effectiveness assessment.
* Manage the implementation of the project communications strategy.
* Drives and assists development of strategic communication materials related to change management to include messages, briefings and marketing materials specific to effectively inform and increase community awareness accomplishments, challenges and benefits.
* Conduct surveys, interviews, and perform analysis on results to determine effectiveness of change management efforts.
* Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change by using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change.
* Track program deliverables via Trello or Smartsheet, working with program and workstream managers for timely delivery.
* Constantly analyze behaviors, attitudes, and practices to identify risks during the project
* Support customer and stakeholder engagement and adoption through effective Organizational Change Management
* Interface with external Vendors (e.g video production, training deliver) and other providers to coordinate activities supporting the execution of the plan(s) including base process alignment and data migration strategy
* Work in close collaboration with local, regional, and global (IT) partners to align on desired future state, harmonize business processes, guide organizational readiness for change and building a Change Agent Network

Requirements
* At least 5 years' experience in management consulting on complex team-based engagements in a pharmaceutical environment as employee or support contractor
* Knowledge of Change Management methodologies such as Prosci and ADKAR mode or Certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci and ADKAR Model)
* Design Thinking experience or certification
* Organizational Change Management Analyst experience involving large scale organizational change efforts.
* Training experience: 5-10 Years
* Bachelor's Degree
* Ability to communicate clearly (read, write, speak, and understand English)
* Advanced proficiency with Google tools such as Mail, Calendar, Jambaord, G+, slides and sheets
