Business Analyst - with strong Compliance, KYC, CID and Client onboarding experience wanted for an interesting opportunity in a globally operating company in the banking sector, based in Zurich.Your experience/skills:
- Compliance experience, particularly client onboarding process experience including KYC and CID
- Background in process review, design, and documentation
- Competency of analysing an as-is situation, development of a gap analysis, and specification of a target state
- Proficient project and process management skills coupled with very strong communication skills
- Capable of providing clear reasoning in succinct slides and business cases
- Professionalism with MS Office and related tool such as Powerpoint, Excel and process modelling tools in particular
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German skills are advantageous
Your tasks:
- Reviewing existing process documentation and identifying gaps and shortcomings
- Cooperating with process stakeholders to gain input and feedback
- Documenting end-to-end process flows including external stakeholders and external dependencies as well as recognising and documenting missing process steps and major process workarounds and inefficiencies
- Developing an integrated, high-level, end-to-end process landscape as well as performing root cause analysis and developing short business case assessments for required improvements
- Establishing a set of prioritised improvement requirements for processes and tools based upon review results
- Supporting strategic change efforts to implement agreed process and tool updates
