IT Project Assistant

Your tasks:
- Support project manager with data collection, presentation preperations, meeting arrangements and other planning activities
- Keep overview and track progress on Requests for service (RFS) needed and submitted according to project deliverables
- Coordinate so that revisions and approvals are carried out for all RFS
- Monitor that tracking logs for workstreams are updated and in correct strage at all times according to project plan and progress

Requirements:
- Project management support experience
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen attation to detail and problem-solving mindset

- German: Fluent
- English: Fluent
