IT Project Manager Collaboration

Your tasks:
- Manage the Collaboration project
- Properly define project charter, project plan, budget and resource plan
- Identify and manage risks & issues
- Initiate escalation when support is required or issues hindering the success of the project arise
- Prepare and present status of project to main stakeholders (Project Board, IT council, etc.)
- Act as subject matter expert for Collaboration tools (Share Point, one drive, Yammer, etc)
- Work together with internal and external suppliers
- Formulate and describe the vision of Collaboration and the structure of our future way how we want to work together, based on Microsoft technology
- Setting up the support organization in IT and Key users in the Business

Requirements:
- Project management education
- 3-5 years' experience in project management
- Experience in setting up and running Microsoft Collaboration projects
- Experience in rollout of Collaboration project to the end user organization
- Experience in implementing a support organization for collaboration in a company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client and service focus
