Keil Business Solutions GmbH is innovative Google Reseller and IT Service Provider.We are looking for an Integration Architect with
P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) Teamlead SAP (f/m/d)
Tasks:
• Guides P2P stream through DPW and steer internal tasks; create/maintain/monitor project plan; Support GPO/IT stream lead within IM; Refine user stories and sub tasks within stream. Strong guidance skills and sovereignty in appearance.
• Organize execution of workshops (inclusive preparation system); Lead workshops in structured way à he should be the moderator; Monitors documentation; Guide intern members trough discussion.
• Leads P2P related template design, build and test during sprint execution. Drives the team daily interaction and synchronisation. f2f communication. Strives for simplification and usage of solution within SAP standard. Interacts with product owner/ product owner team on deviations from standard and needed actions. Strives for pramatic solutions.
• Teamlead is P2P representative part within the Integration team that is responsible to interact with cross-functional teams on sprint related integration topics. Collaborates with Program Management on team staffing issues, team performance and progress monitoring. Interacts with PMO on program standards.Inital product backlog together with the Solution Architect, product owner/ product owner team and collaborates closely on P2P related content throughout the project. Actively lead the ongoing P2P content related product backlog refinement process with the product owner/ product owner team. Leads collaboratively P2P related regular sprint planning content preparation and sprint review preparation and execution.
Skills:
• P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) Teamlead experience
• Broad knowledge about MM-Processes in S/4 HANA and the interaction with other modules/systems. ARIBA know how should be available. Should be in this role in several projects before and should provide best practice solutions from other customer. He should be aware of the usage of contracts & schedule agreements.
• Should have been worked agile and knows some tools like ARIS, Confluence
• Team Leadership experience with teams up to 12 people.
• Language: English required plus preferably German
