Recruiting Specialist 100%Project / Role:
For our client we are looking for a Recruiting Specialist. As a Recruiter for this client, you provide the client organization with the right talents, act as a consultant and you contribute to the overall success of the client.
Main Tasks:
- Search, select and hire new employees to meet current and future business needs
- Manage and coordinate the full recruitment process incl. budget and timelines, reporting, level of service, candidate experience according to minimum standards and agreed KPIs
- Handle candidate workflow in compliance with our e-recruitment system: Workday
- Be knowledgeable in using a variety of sourcing and selection tools
- Act as a sparring partner to the hiring manager throughout the recruitment process
- Build credibility and trust as an internal consultant on recruitment topics, coach line management on best practices in recruitment, selection and assessment and partner up with stakeholders within HR
- Demonstrate compliance with local employment laws/regulations as well as the company's hiring policy
- Promote the company brand to candidates and external service providers
Skills / Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years of experience in full recruitment cycles
. Experience in an international environment is a plus
- Vocational business school
- General HR knowledge is a must
- Strong self-starter with great team skills
- Ability to manage different stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in EN and GE
- MS Office - Google Mail, Calendar, Docs
- Knowledge and experience with Workday is a plus
