Compliance Project Manager vacancy requiring profound agile knowledge for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- 8+ years' of consistently outstanding work performance in the area of Communications, Human Resources or Business
- Familiarity with agile working methods, SCRUM is a plus
- University degree in a relevant profession, masters or MBA are favoured
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Fulfilling customer requirements and needs of the product
- Assisting with shaping the design of the strategy, scheme and agreement of the deliverables inside the agile team
- Identifying and solving difficult problems while also managing senior stakeholder requests to effectively develop products to their and our standards
- Creating prototypes and establishing an ongoing progress to the product
- Coordinating and organising the team using agile methodology, ensuring the capability to deliver and sustain solutions
