Your Tasks
- Experience with using, designing or developing IT systems and processes
- Skill in recording CMO/detailing FMO using documentation and Visio
- Experience with using ticket management workflow systems, such as Service Now, Remedy etc.
- You will be responsible for enhancing the scope of an online self-service portal used on DB's intranet by End Users requesting IT services.
- You will need to accept requests for enhancements, review feasibility, agree the scope, document the functional specification and agree with the relevant sponsor
- Once the scope is agreed, you will deliver the scope to the Developer and guide them on requirements whilst the enhancements are being developed
- Liaise with DB employees for mid-development feedback
- Track all issues relating to the development and drive the Developer to address them
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, including driving on time test output and logging of all issues according to defined procedures
- Tracking progress against a project plan with define deliverables / milestones
- Manage the go-live
- Provide regular reporting/status updates
Your Skills
- Experience with using, designing or developing IT systems and processes
- Experience with using ticket management workflow systems, such as Service
- High attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Viso)
- You have worked in a professional services or commercial organisation
- Higher education degree in an IT related subject or MBA
- ITIL qualified to Practitioner or Manager Level
- Experience working in Service Now (ITSM tool)
- Six Sigma Green belt
- Effective time management / organisational skills
