Lead Business Functional Analyst for Digital Sales (e.g. Zinsmarkt Frontend & eFX)
As part of the Bank platform strategy, Zinsmarkt is our digital marketplace with attractive fixed deposits products. With this solution it´s easy for our customers to make investments into saving products of other, foreign banks without leaving the Deutsche Bank environment.
eFX will be a new feature of Online Banking to exchange currencies in different ways.
Task:
She or he will take the role of the Product Owner with esp. the following responsibilities:
Communicates the vision and consumer value to the Dev-Team. Backlog-Management (e.g. writes user stories; prioritization of backlog). Reviews and accepts user stories and ensures that they meet the DoD (Definiton of Done). Partners with Product Managers to prepare features for continual planning cycles. Supports new feature launches including launch communication.
Operation Management: e.g. Monitors and analyzes user feedback, Funnel- and Conversionrate optimization; Support in finding prompt solutions in case of errors/problems of the production applications

Development of web-based applications (e.g. HTML/CSS, JavaScript ...) = 1
(a) Agile methodology skills (Scrum and Kanban)
(b) Experience as an agile product manager, product owner or scrum master
(c) Expertise in sales optimization (conversion optimization) and in creating "easy to use" user journeys
(d) "Interface competence" in collaboration with Business- and IT-Units
(e) Know-How about specific processes nice-to-have
(f) Experience in demand management and tool development
(g) Expertise in Workshop design and moderation
(h) Language: Fluent in German as well as English
