We are currently looking for a Lead Transformational Change Analyst to work in London on a contract basis within the Oil & Gas SectorWe are looking for a Communication Change Analyst to Deliver and create highly targeted, localised, multi-channel communications during key phases of the ServiceNow onboarding process.
You must have 2-3 years experience in running communications programmes, ideally within a change management framework
You will be managing production and distribution of communications to all local audiences.
The ideal candidate must have experience in;
- Demonstrating evidence of end to end change management experience
- Individual contributor in an IT team or small complexity project.

- Individual delivery of high impact change management activities
- Previous experience in executing communication plans in an IT environment Understanding of change management approaches
- Proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships at different organisational levels
