They design and optimize IT solutions in close cooperation with the specialist departments, IT business units and the international ING network.You will they coordinate IT requirements and quality assurance measures and are familiar with process documentation.
Ideal candidate background
- Knowledge in requirements engineering and management as well as software engineering; in particular analysis, conception & modelling
- Banking know-how in the area of retail banking
- Experience in agile ways of working (e.g. Scrum)
- Fluent English, written and oral
- Strong communication team player with presentation and decision-making skills
