For my client in Munich, I'm looking for a Quality Manager, for a contract from:1st July until the 31st December 2019.
Your task would be to:
- Achieve a lasting improvement in the company's performance
- Preserve and develop products or services
Must have:
- An Agile mindset
- Solid cross-sectional IT knowledge
- Experience in operations of an IT service provider
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledge of QM standards and models (ISO 9001, EFQM, CMMI, etc.)
- A certification as a Q-representative
- Experience with QMS
- Can develop further an existing QMS
Previous experience with working for an IT provider is a plus.
