We are currently looking for a Project support for our energy client in UKStart: 06.05.19
End: 31.10.19
Location: Birmingham Business Park / Solihull
Language: English
Travel: occasionally ca 5 Percent
Project Description: Cover DC Exit project but also consult others in the Corporate IT programme as needed.
Task Description
- Management to enable successful delivery of project(s) - the project activities will be managed
- Documentation and tracking of risk, issues etc
- Preparation and management of project meetings
- Financial governance within scope of project
- Other project duties as required to enable successful delivery - they are indeed ad-hoc tasks as needed by the project - a couple of examples are if the project
needs a special supplier meeting to be set up to handle an escalation or one of the team needs a contact name within the project as cover for an absence
- There will be very occasional travel to meet the stakeholders - depending on the application affected this could be Sweden, Germany, UK - most activity will be done via Video or audio- conference
Authority to Decide
Consultant can decide task order and approach within the framework of the wider project and programme governance
Skills:
- Good Project Management experience

- Experience in delivery

- Experience keeping projects within scope, budget, time
- Experience in Risk management
- Good documentation skills
