Description:
Project description: Plan and prioritize the IT change portfolio including digital initiatives and build a roadmap considering key dependencies for the planning period.
Task:
- Drive IT portfolio prioritization (content-wise) during yearly mid-term planning process in close
collaboration with Controlling department and Portfolio Analysts
- Consult internal team with regards to financial planning process
- Consult delivery program managers to prioritize project submissions during mid-term planning process and ensure strategic fit to company portfolio
- Set-up dependency management concept and process for complex IT project portfolio, implement and hand-over to internal team for continuous update
- Analyze accuracy of current financial benefit planning and delivery of key IT projects in the portfolio and develop recommendations and concept for improvement

- Experience with PPM tools for project tracking
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office365, especially in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VBA), and MS PowerPoint
- Experience utilizing data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar to analyse
investment performance dashboards
- Fluent in English and at least intermediate German knowledge (B1)
