To support our customer in the Munich area, we are currently looking for a consultant for the support and implementation of various projects and tasks in the field of HR.
Requirements
- Coordination of the project to adjust the international benefits under the remuneration structure
- Implementation of internal measures resulting from an employee survey carried out by FMS-SG at the beginning of the year. Accompanying change workshops and change management measures.
- Support in the implementation of other HR projects, including the preparation of documents, timelines and project documentation in close consultation with HR
- Translation of project documents German-English and English-German
Profile
- University degree or similar education
- Long-standing intern. Work experience in operative Human Resources
- Very good understanding of the organizational structure of a bank / financial services manager
- Very good knowledge of HR tools, methods and procedures of HR work
- Good knowledge of HR information systems
