For our life-science client based in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for a:HR Administrator
ROLE PURPOSE
Support in HR data analysis, coordinate activities within ongoing processes
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Advanced Excel work (this will be 70% of work- Vlookup, pivot, IF,..)
* Data checking, validation and consolidation
* Data quality checking
* Handling of general mailbox inquiries
* Coordination of administrative and HR activities
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
* Advanced MS Excel skills and experience in working with large amount of data in excel as this will be main task
* Excellent attention to detail and data quality focus
* Strong MS PowerPoint skills
* Prior HR experience (HR Core knowledge would be good to have)
LANGUAGES
* Business fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages a plus.
