Process Manager

We are currently looking for a Process Manager for our client in Düsseldorf

Start: 08.10.2018
End: 31.12.2018 (extension option)
Location: Düsseldorf
Volume: Fulltime - 50hrs (40 onsite/10 remote)
Language: English (business fluent)

Tasks:
- Analysis plan, set-up and manage the delivery of a complete process description
of clients IT related processes in UML and written English
- Engage with client IT, the business, relevant business support
organizations (ex. HR) and users to analyze process flows and possible process flaws.
- Identify and document possible process enhancements
- Suggest process monitoring and in-, output SLA and KPI's
- Engage with the Service Now (SNOW) team for any process related issue
- Effectively take responsibility and manage changes to the program in
line with client requirements.
- Engage with communication teams to prepare and sign
off key communications messages related to change impact.
- Manage change to scope, deliverables and/ or budget on behalf of client
- Work with the Program Manager and PMO on reporting requirements
that fit with program governance
- Effective and Efficient management of key stakeholders within client up to
and including board level

Skills:
- Deep experience in Process Management
- Strong knowledge in Process optimization
- Experience in SLA / KPI setting and monitoring
- Strong stakeholder Management
- Experience with ServiceNow - beneficial
- Good knowledge in Change management
- Previous experience in keeping projects within budget, scope and timeframe
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the Energy and Utilities sector
