Searching for an IT Manager:

Task:

* - Status Quo Analysis of any IT related issues of Location in Brussels, like actual WLAN status (It does not work properly, especially with Hand Held devices)
* - Outfitting of IT Landscape in new offices (hardwired, Number of new Laptops, PCs, Printers etc.)
* - Requirement Catalogue to be developed with the client for all related IT issues and tasks
* - Interfacing Phone System
* - Server room outfit
* - Wlan needs also to cover outside areas
* - Access Control System concept and RFP
* - IT Security concept
* - My Client is using Cargospot as Cargo Management System. This stays but will be developed further and this system will be integrated with a Warehouse Management system controlling the new ULD Handling System. It needs to be specified what IT infrastructure is needed (Any Cloud based services?)
* - Data Security and Data Back Up Strategy
* - CCTV Concept of the entire facility
* - Development of a Central Control Room CCC (Concentrating information from different Systems in one location and being screened to the operators)
* - Temperature Control System in Cool areas (Special System which is supervising the different temperature zones needs to send the data to the CCC

Weekly rate including expenses (Traveling, Accommodation etc.) needed
