For our client in Hamburg, we are currently looking for a Procurement Support for a one year project.Start: 1.8.18
End: 31.7.19
Volume: 3-5 days per week
Location: Hamburg
Project language: English and German
Project Situation/ Goal
To provide Procurement support and expertise for 2 offshore windfarms: Amrumbank which is now operational, and Arkona which is currently under construction.
Work Experience:
- SAP Experience - Perform required activities in use of the SAP system in a timely manner
- Extensive procurement work experience.
Required Skills (must have):
- Fluent in German and English (other language skills, e.g. Swedish may also be an advantage).
- First hand experience in drafting and negotiating service and supply contracts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at a high level with internal and external communication makers.
- Strong commercial acumen
- High performance and results focus and a willingness to implement change
- Strong focus on cost reduction and risk mitigation
- A detailed understanding of purchasing and supply chain issues and category management practices
- Good legal knowledge
- Ability to work independently/ unsupervised and deliver required outcomes
- Develop interfaces with key technical and commercial stakeholders to optimise Supply Chain activities
